At Gimme Vibes, everything is created with care — and we want you to love what you receive. Below is our clear and straightforward return policy for each product type.


DTF Transfers

All DTF transfers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We cannot accept returns for:
• Ordering the wrong size
• Pressing mistakes (temperature, pressure, time, placement)
• Color variation from screen to print
• Slight differences from previous orders
• Application or handling errors

If your transfer arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can help.


Apparel Returns

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed apparel within 14 days of delivery.

Returned apparel must be:
• In new, unused condition
• Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, odors, or pet hair
• With all original tags attached

Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Apparel Exchanges

Size exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange items must be:
• In new, unused condition
• Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, odors, or pet hair
• With all original tags attached

Customer pays return shipping for the exchange.
We cover shipping costs for the replacement item.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you notice any of the following:
• Defects
• Damage
• Missing items
• Incorrect items

You must contact us within 72 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

• DTF transfers
• Custom-made items
• Digital products
• Items marked “Final Sale”


Color Disclaimer (Important)

Colors are not guaranteed with DTF printing.

Final prints may vary due to:
• Screen or monitor differences
• RGB → CMYK color conversion
• Printer calibration
• Film or material variations

Reorders may differ slightly from previous batches.
Minor color variations do not qualify as defects.


Insufficient or Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:
• Customer must pay the reshipping cost
• Refunds will not be issued for address errors
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.


Trademark & Copyright Disclaimer

Buyers are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with trademark and copyright laws.

Gimme Vibes is not liable for:
• Trademark or copyright violations
• Cease-and-desist notices
• Legal action resulting from misuse of artwork
• How artwork is used on printed goods

Always confirm trademark status before producing or selling decorated items.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
