Welcome to Gimme Vibes ("Gimme Vibes", “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting or shopping on our website, using any of our tools, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

1. Access & Account Responsibility

By using our Services, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or province.

You agree to provide accurate, complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Our Products

We strive to represent our products accurately; however:

  • Colors may vary due to screen brightness, device settings, and DTF printing limitations.
  • Product appearance may differ slightly from photos.
  • Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time.
  • We may discontinue products at our discretion.
  • We do not guarantee products will appear exactly as shown on your device.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order.

  • Your order is accepted once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.
  • Order cancellations may not be possible once processing begins.
  • All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
  • You agree purchases are for personal use and not unauthorized resale.

4. Prices & Billing

  • Prices may change without notice.
  • Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling unless stated.
  • You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize charges to your payment method.
  • You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to you. Gimme Vibes is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

Returns to Sender:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you are responsible for reshipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, branding, designs, text, graphics, and content on this site belong to Gimme Vibes and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or resell our artwork or content
  • Claim our designs as your own
  • Modify, redistribute, or sell digital versions of our designs

Purchasing a DTF transfer grants a limited license to press the physical design. It does not grant ownership or rights to the artwork.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Trademark & Copyright Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for confirming trademark or copyright restrictions before selling items made with our designs.

Gimme Vibes is not liable for:

  • Trademark or copyright violations
  • Cease-and-desist notices
  • Legal action due to misuse of artwork

Use of purchased artwork is at your own risk.

8. Color Disclaimer (DTF PRINTING)

Due to the nature of DTF printing:

  • Colors may differ from screen previews
  • Slight shifts may occur between batches
  • CMYK limitations may affect vibrancy

Minor color variations are normal and not considered defects.

9. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items, notify us within 72 hours at:

Include your order number and clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

10. Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or external links. These are offered “as is” without warranties.

Your use of third-party websites or tools is at your own risk.

11. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, but purchases are made directly with Gimme Vibes.

Shopify is not responsible for transaction-related issues.
By using our Services, you release Shopify from liability related to your purchases.

12. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally, our site may contain errors including:

  • Product descriptions
  • Pricing
  • Promotions
  • Availability
  • Shipping details

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our Services to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property
  • Harm, harass, or defame others
  • Upload malware or malicious code
  • Misuse or resell site content
  • Disrupt or interfere with website operations
