GIMME VIBES — SHIPPING POLICY

At Gimme Vibes, we work hard to ship your order quickly and carefully. Below is everything you need to know about processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

Processing Times

DTF Transfers
• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Peak season: up to 5 business days

Apparel
• Apparel: 3–7 business days

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, their size, weight, packaging method, and destination.

Orders containing rolled gang sheets may incur higher shipping costs due to tube packaging.

Any applicable shipping promotions will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:
• Customer must pay the reshipping cost
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds are not issued for address errors

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Returns to Sender

If a package is returned to us by the carrier:
• Refunds apply only to the cost of the items
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• If reshipping is requested, the customer must pay new shipping charges

Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages)

Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, Gimme Vibes is not responsible for:
• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Delivery delays
• Packages marked “delivered” but not received

To file a claim, customers may use:

We will provide documentation if needed, but claims must be filed by the customer.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order ships:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
• UPS Ground: 3–7 business days

Carrier delivery times are not guaranteed.
